Sunday Reset

Sundays aren’t just another day of the week—they’re the day that sets the tone for everything to come. To me, Sundays are about three things: rest, reset, and recharge.
It’s a time to slow down, enjoy life with the people (and pets) you love, and also prepare yourself so Monday doesn’t feel like a burden—it feels like an opportunity.
What My Sunday Looks Like
I’ve made Sundays a personal ritual of balance—both enjoyment and preparation.
Meal prep my protein so I never have to guess if I’ll hit my goals during the week.
Workout with no rush—I take as long as I want because it’s a day where I can enjoy training without pressure.
Laptop deep work—I allow myself to spend time working on projects I enjoy, however long I want.
Visit family—I stop by my mom’s to say hello and catch up.
Time with loved ones—I enjoy movies with my partner and hang with my cats.
Plan the week ahead—I schedule my workouts, outline my goals, and check that I’m inching closer to where I want to be by next Sunday.
This mix of fun, connection, and structure makes me feel grounded and ready to attack the week.

Why You Need a Sunday Reset
Your Sunday shouldn’t feel like “the last day before Monday.” It should feel like the foundation for your success. Think of it as sharpening your sword before the battle begins.
Here’s how you can build your own reset routine:
Schedule your workouts. Don’t leave fitness to chance. Put it in your calendar.
Prep your protein. Have ready-to-go meals or snacks so hitting your macros is easy.
Set your weekly goals. Ask: What do I want to achieve by next Sunday?
Review your habits. What did you do right last week? Where can you improve?
Spend time with loved ones. Family, friends, pets—fill your cup.
Rest. Make sure you’re recharged to start Monday strong.
Final Thoughts
A Sunday Reset isn’t about being “perfect.” It’s about setting yourself up so success is easier and more natural throughout the week. Give yourself the gift of preparation and peace today, and you’ll thank yourself every single morning.
So today, slow down, enjoy, reset—and get ready to win the week ahead.
